Australian football bosses expect the decision to move the Olympic qualifiers from China to Sydney to boost their bid to win the hosting rights for the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup.

Officials are rushing to organise venues for six Asian qualifying Group B fixtures including the Matildas, starting next week, after China withdrew as hosts due to the coronavirus outbreak.

Speaking on the Fox Football Podcast, Bojic discussed the ‘tough moment’ when he learned of his ancestry and how the conversation with his adoptive mother actually transpired.
